Dear gamer. We decided that we wanted to give back to the community, and take steps towards changing some stuff. Starting now, Raw Fury’s publishing agreement is available for any and all to read.

Together with our publishing agreement, we’ve also templated a bunch of documents from legal, finance, marketing etc that we felt could be useful for developers.

To help us make the this as useful as possible, we will also be working to set up an FAQ. To do that we will need your help, so if you have questions you would like to see in the FAQ in regards to the agreement, please drop them via this asana form: https://tinyurl.com/FuryFAQ 
We sincerely hope that more publishers will join us in sharing their agreements. Publishers need to shift away from obfuscation and towards transparency, and continue to work towards a fairer and more inclusive industry as a whole. Access to agreements should be easy for devs.
The only ones who benefit from agreements not being out in the open are predatory publishers who trick devs into shit ones due to there being few to no agreements available for reference.

This is also why we decided to translate our agreement into 7 languages.
Devs access to this knowledge shouldn't be gatekept by having access to informal networks or spaces where this can be shared "unofficially" between devs. You should be able to go to a publishers website and look it up, just how you look up a portfolio or whatever else.
So step up, folks! Let's make this industry a little bit better. Get those agreements out front and center. It's the season, so go do some good. 💪
