No representation at the meeting form the main parties @MertonTories @MertonLibDems, left to Merton Park Independent Cllr Peter Southgate to speak up about the "5 or 6-minute" quarterly meetings.

Here is one of the short meetings 14 months ago NOT 2 months as suggested yesterday, where the SAME Director brings up the PWLB rate rise BEFORE submitting plans for planning permission, with the Cabinet Member for Finance (now Leader) present.
So insignificant, not in minutes.
