🚨EO 13848: [Thread]

Section 9 of the EO may in fact be the most powerful aspect... (any lawyers out there who wish to opine, please do so)
Many of us of read the EO, and most of us have really focused on the first sections...but S9 is DEVASTATING...

Let me break it down...

1. The reference here is for those who have a Constitutional presence in the US. Any resident and/or citizen?
2. Access to Domestic assets is far easier, "NO PRIOR NOTICE OF A LISTING OR DETERMINATION MADE PURSUANT TO S2 OF THIS ORDER"

Does this mean that the assets can be seized instantly, with no notice? Yes, I believe it does!

Instant access is key, to avoid divestment or transfer
If we look at the activities that are covered under the EO, one thing stands out to me...this would easily encompass the CORPORATE MEDIA and SOCIAL MEDIA. Much of which has foreign ownership and influence.
Let's imagine for a moment that the US Treasury can seize the Assets that our favorite MSM/Social Media friends own...This would encompass the ownership, executive and employee ranks - anyone who cooperated with any foreign operations...

This EO can also facilitate cooperation.
The irony is that this EO builds off of the 2017 ICA. Which explains why the ICA was never officially discredited by the Trump administration. It was entirely necessary in order to justify this EO. The Democrats crafted the Sword!!!
This EO makes the DOJ/FBI unnecessary. No need to wait years for endless prosecutions. This provides a massive dose of JUSTICE. Economic sanctions on an individual basis are amongst the most damaging penalties of all!
I read that China may own up to 30MM Acres of land in the US, they also own massive interests in Public and Private US Companies - in addition to huge Treasury debt.

ALL OF THIS BECOMES PROPERTY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

What about other Nations involved???
Remember the SCOTUS DACA ruling? Do you remember the deciding vote? John Roberts...

Why was this ruling so important? The DACA aspect was largely irrelevant. Nothing was really going to be done about it anyhow, without Congressional approval.
It was important because it effectively created a situation whereby an EO from a prior administration was upheld under a new Administration. This puts incredible power in the hands of the POTUS. A power that would be even more unquestionable under a NATIONAL EMERGENCY.
Now it becomes apparent why those with the MOST to lose are doing EVERYTHING they can to prevent a 2nd Trump Term. They believe they can nullify this EO...

Well SCOTUS may have protected it, but a new Administration could refuse to enforce it...So a 2nd Trump term is IMPERATIVE.
If it comes down to Constitutional Congressional Processes on Jan 6. There is some uncertainty as to how the Senate acts.

Are there GOOD Democrats? Enough to offset DIRTY GOP?

I believe there are...and I believe we are going to see this revealed soon...
This EO will provide immediate relief for those who demand justice...regardless of the inaction by a largely ineffective DOJ.

Orange jumpsuits are not off the table, but instant justice is far more satisfying...wouldn't you agree?
