THREAD:

Todd here. I'm going to be taking a look at some of the positives and negatives of Dwayne's performance from yesterday.

NEGATIVES:

#WashingtonFootball
First INT.

2nd & 8. Seahawks drop 8 and cover well. Dwayne does well to leave the pocket, extend the play and keep his eyes downfield.

Wright does well to move with his QB.

Dwayne just throws high and behind.

#WashingtonFootball
1st & 10. Seahawks show pressure but bail at the snap. Dwayne is looking for Terry on a deep curl.

The underneath LB's zone is empty so he falls back underneath 17. On the other side, the check down holds the underneath S. Not sure on Dwayne's reads but dangerous & ill-advised.
1st & 10. Logan Thomas is running an over route. He gets on top of the LB.

Dwayne makes a solid decision. The throw is just too far and too wide. His mechanics at the top of his drop don't look clean.

This throw is almost identical to the first INT vs Cleveland.
2nd INT. 2 man route combo.

Seahawks show cover-3. Terry runs corner-post. Sims a deep crosser.

The RCB carries Terry upfield then passes him off for Sims who's entering his zone.

Dwayne needs to see this and get to his check down who is open. Instead throws and an easy INT.
1st & 10. RPO. Run-Pass-Option.

2 things:

1. Dwayne keeps opting for the 'P' in RPO. Problem is, he misses the throw too wide. It's a bad miss on a short throw.

2. McKissic had tons of room to run had he opted for the 'R' instead. Should've handed off.
