thread explaining why we say that taeyong is mistreated and mismanaged

before start, I want to make myself clear from the very beginning: this is not to dismiss any other member's mismanagement and mistreatment; this is not for victimize him in any way, shape or form but to show everyone what is going on

and also, this is not to drag any member; not a single member has anything to do with this because sm has a team here who didn't made their work correctly. there is no privilege on this work here for have the most basic things, so please don't think is an attack for any member

is not just fans who says this, but the people from the company says it too: taeyong is one of the busiest persons in the company (including staff)

but this mam is beyond busy, he is overworked and has been overworked for years

his back pain has been something that has been going on, and on, and on for years, the first pics of this being from 2016 in where he is clutching his back or needing help to walk

recently we got to know that he had a disc rupture on his disk during smrookies while dancing

and how this is still hurting him

and he has been working and going to schedules even when he is in pain

and we have seen him several times with patches to relief the pain and neck braces to the point that he just puts the brace on his back for the schedules

while i can't say he did or didn't got proper medical treatment until now because i don't know him personally, I have no access to his medical archives and so on, is not a secret that since 2018 (and even before) he didn't got to rest for at least a full month or three damm weeks

i made a depopulation of at least 80% of the schedules Taeyong had from 2018 until 2020, and u can see for yourself the times between one schedule and the other

As u can see, he has been going constantly from one part of the world to another, sometimes having to take two planes in a day. And TY himself shared how he gets jetlagged

Because of the amount of schedules he has, he gets them overlapped constantly, and a case we saw recently is the one of him going from practice One for SuperM to practice MAW for NCT 2020

Speaking of One, he shared how he got sick after record it and how he couldn't move for three days

Months ago he bought a big plushie and he shared how he uses it to put his legs on it during the nights because of his back pain

Point here is, while TY is an adult and by now he probably is aware of his own limits and what will happen if he cross them or not, SM already crossed them a long time ago

When you overlaps schedules like crazy while you are aware your idol suffers from neck and back pain but you just keep adding more schedules to the fire, as a company you are not taking care of him.

like i say, he couldn't even get two weeks for himself to rest

If TY himself in a two weeks of rest decided to do something, that is absolutely on him, but SM is the one who should first put something as basic as damn free weeks for him which they do not

now let me go in the topic on why he is also mismanaged

While Taeyong is a member who got the opportunity of get solo schedules as I detailed before, there is little to no promotion of them.

And by promotion I am including the most basic thing as use the platforms sm and nct has to announce the schedules he has to let the fans know

(once again I clarify that this is not to drag a single member because none of them has anything to do with the sns accs in this accounts, there is a marketing team behind who failed to do their job correctly. the members who got the posts has no privilege here, at all)

Let's start with his first and only photo shoot, the one he did for Harper's Bazaar

The NCT 127 and NCT central accounts on all of their different platforms never ever posted a single thing about it to let fans know

We, again, didn't got a single little post from SM or any NCT account, and we got to know about this for Marteen alone (which sm at least could have bothered on give a little rt or repost of his posts, but not even that)

The previous schedules at least got an article on naver or so to announce them, but this one? the song Taeyong wrote and composed? The one he had to go to Jeju while juggling w NCT and SuperM schedules to film it?

I am seriously speaking when i say that a Tyongf found the film when they were just lazily looking for things on Youtube about Taeyong. They literally found it randomly, and if it wasn't for them none of us would have know about the video.

I'm tired of see how his clear mismanagement and mistreatment is being dismissed just because he fulfill his roles in the groups as a main rapper, main dancer, center and face/visual of the group. He is not getting anything on a silver plate. None of the members has it.

And a clear reminder, to top all of this mistreatment and mismamagemnt, is that all of us are aware how he has been getting an ongoing harassment that only gets worst since pre-debut.

Please, stop ignoring this, stop dismissing this, stop saying is an imaginary thing.

I think is necessary to add what happened today too: taeyong has a lumbar hearniated disc injury, so he will not perform in the n2020 concert

sm didn't bothered to post anything about this on any platform of nct or any of the sm's accs.

half of the fans got to know about this because of doyoung's bubbles regardless taeyong's injury.

sm didn't bothered on post anything on twitter, facebook, instagram and so on. they didn't bothered on post the statment in the lysn fanclub of nct and nct 127.

instead, sm choosed to post several tweet including different videos with different members wishing everyone a happy christmas, and boss unit went vlive

ofc, yong is not in the christmas videos, less alone in the vlive. sm choosed to keep releasing content but not an statement.
