Perfecting time management isn’t about the tools you use.
It’s about two things: Clear Prioritization and Exclusion.
Here’s a thread to push your business forward, keep you well-rounded, and sharpen your headspace up for planning the new year (or today). 1/

How to think about priorities = hyperspecific.
They can’t be general (“grow my business”) they have to be defined & clear (“improve my revenue by x% this month”).
Priorities done right will instantly start your brain thinking of next steps - those are what you calendar. 2/

Generalities are where a lot of people get stuck.
They want a “successful business” or a “great relationship” but if you don’t break that down into specifics - you’ll spin your wheels on things that don't matter. Feel Overwhelm.
It wastes time & makes little movement. 3/

So sharpen focus on the specifics, and extend it to other areas:
What are the steps to that revenue goal? That actions of a "great spouse?"
Map them out, and put them on your calendar like a meeting you can’t miss. Do this with 3 big priorities. It will keep you on track. 4/

But also: Exclusion. What is stealing your time that shouldn’t?
Look at an average day and where the time goes....What are you focusing on. Meetings? Slack? What can you delegate? Outsource?
Reframe Exclusion: it’s not "cutting," it’s making space for what matters. 5/

In life you have a lot of *competing* priorities. You have business...then, life. Family, fitness, etc.
If these aren't integrated, they become interruptors -or get dropped.
Include them in clear & specific ways. Want to cook dinner & be a great spouse Monday? Map it in. 6/

Clear Prioritization & Exclusion are really the key. Challenge yourself hard on those.
Sharpen priorities to specifics, and make cuts that are brutal.
Guard your time & clearly hone your focus. You’ll find you will be more productive, get more done, and have more time. 7/
