Have you ever drank cashew milk?

You probably think the nut is only meant to be eaten. No, it isn’t and the best part is it easy to make!

Let me show you how you can make cashew milk in this THREAD.
Ingredients: Cashew nuts, Water, Optional Ingredients include: ea salt, honey, cocoa powder, or vanilla extract

1. You need to soak the cashew nuts overnight or in hot water for 30 minutes before making the milk.
2. Drain and rinse the cashews and blend them in a blender with 3-4 cups of clean water. You can add the optional ingredients earlier mentioned at this point. Blend until the milk is smooth and creamy to taste.
3. Once the blended cashew milk is smooth you don’t need to strain because it results in a loss of fibre contents.

4. Cashew milk has a rich creamy taste and is loaded with vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and other beneficial plant compounds this is why Cow milk is replaced by
Cashew milk in certain recipes.

5. The last thing you need do is either serve cold or hot! The choice is yours, disfruta tu leche!
