Overall this is definitely one of the stranger years with really no standout teams. No super scorers, no super defenses. Just a bunch of good teams.
Teams that have improved the most on offense since last year are the Bills, Titans, Raiders, Cardinals, Dolphins and Steelers. Teams that took a step back were the Ravens, Patriots, 49ers, Texans, and Cowboys
Dolphins by far were the biggest jump on defense (they allowed teams to score 46% more than usual in 2019 now they are being held to 21% under avg.), Giants, Bucs, Football team, and Panthers. The moves in the wrong direction were the Cowboys, Pats, Bills, 49ers, and Vikings
