Here is a thread on why I am bullish #bitcoin

There are issues with gold too because its price can be kept artificially low using products like paper gold and because people do not take custody of their gold like they do with bitcoin. So bitcoin becomes the only asset that is..2/7
not overly leveraged(due to its volatility), in a world where many nation-states including the US are reaching a debt/GDP ratio(130%) that makes it almost mathematically impossible for them to pay it back other than through more printing and debasement of their currency. 3/7
So on the one hand, the USD money supply and much of the rest of the world’s money supply is growing at an exponential rate since 2008(15% CAGR for the Fed) because they have no choice... 4/7
and on the other hand, you have an exponentially appreciating uncorrelated asset that just had a massive supply shock because the new supply being produced was cut in half. 5/7
What is even more insane is that these two events aligned and the pandemic accelerated all of this. One thing being debased at an exponential rate, and another appreciating in fiat terms at an exponential rate. 6/7
@caprioleio @PrestonPysh @RaoulGMI @LynAldenContact @uytjan @DTAPCAP Please let me know what you think since I learned a lot of this from following your work. 7/7
Also, I forgot to mention, "You have to avoid debt because debt makes the system more fragile."- @nntaleb https://fs.blog/2014/04/antifragile-a-definition/
