2020 has been a hugely challenging year for everyone. Through all of this I am so incredibly proud and grateful for everything the wonderful team @vowfood has achieved.

Here are my 5 favourite achievements for Vow in 2020. I am so grateful we have had the chance to thrive. 1/7

1.Quadrupling our team from 6 to 24 in the midst of a pandemic. With many of those moving across the world in the midst of COVID to work on our vision of simply better cultured meat. To everyone on the team at Vow, sincerely, thank you. For all of your belief and hard work.

2.Cementing our position as the cultured meat company that can make anything. With a library of more than 12, we cooked six of these with Neil Perry. The change to cook cultured meat with one of my culinary heroes will go down as one of my favorite moments in my whole life.

3.Seeing our first purpose built space, our Vowse, come together.

4.The small moments spent together as a team during the frightening early months of this year playing board games and celebrating moments together. I was so frightened and stressed about what was coming this year. Spending this time together was my favourite escape.

5.The openness and vulnerability from everyone on the team @vowfood. The culture we are building is so unique and powerful. I am incredibly grateful to worth with a bunch of wickedly clever, kind and caring absolute legends.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey through 2020. It has been exhausting, uncertain and pushed me far past my limit more than once.

I am so, so proud of what we are building and grateful for the chance to make our world a lot better in the process.
