They do, and we've already seen the same behaviour from other 3 letter agencies who don't really answer to 'we the people' but to a higher power. Think of recent 'goings on' with the CIA & election servers,+ DOJ/FBI & CISA-
all recently being exposed as being corrupt & not doing their job. How can that be?
