I am raging mad that the lockdown was deferred until Boxing Day.

On passover, I didn't see my family for the seder meals - despite this being one of the most important gatherings of the year.
On Yom Kippur, when we are meant to stand before G-d in synagogue and pray for our souls, I watched on zoom alone.

On channukah, we made latkes for 2 and lit channukah candles virtually.
I could go on and on.
How many birthdays, graduations, promotions, milestones didn't we celebrate in the way that they deserved to be celebrated?

Today's announcement was a big "F*ck you" to Ontarians from non-Christian faiths who have been the right thing all year.
