My perfect January Window.
A Dream Option and a Realistic Option, a Thread.
OUT (we need to keep homegrown players and exclude foreign ones)

Lamela - 10m
Lucas - 25m
Gedson - FREE
Gazza - 8m
Sanchez - 30m

Total: 73m
Positions we need

Clinical and Versatile Right-Winger
Goalscoring No.10
Left Footed, Pacey, Centre Back
Right-Wing

Dream: Paulo Dybala

The Argentine netted 11 goals with 11 assists last season, scoring 22 goals in 17/18 He has not only the goalscoring threat from RW but the versatility to also play a SS, or goalscoring #10 whenever need be. Would be the perfect offensive addition
Realistic: Marcel Sabitzer

A key player in the current intense-arrackung RB Leipzig side, Marcel Sabitzer is also an extremely versatile and creative player. Netting 9 goals and 8 assists last season he could definitely be a threat under Jose Mourinho.
Goalscoring No.10

Dream: Phillipe Coutinho

The Prem-Proven Brazilian netted 13 goals in 17/18 in the Premier league as well as an impressive 8 goal 6 Assist record in his 23 game Bundesliga season 18 of which he was either subbed on or off without playing the full 90.
Realistic: Keeping Dele Alli

Dele Alli is a 24-year old creative and goalscoring midfielder. We know he has the ability and had a massive boost in form when Mourinho first arrived so we know that player is still in there. 1/2
2/2

He's also looked a much better and rejuvenated player ever since his freezing out of the squad. A situation similar to Ndombele and hopefully a similar end product to Ndombele. He can still come good come the end of the season so it makes sense to give him until the summer.
Left Footed CB

Dream(s): Presnel Kimpembe and Alessio Romagnoli

Romagnoli, Captain of top-of-the-league AC Milan is a fast Left Footed CB with brilliant Leadership and immense defensive ability and awareness. The same can be said for Presnel Kimpembe, also sometimes caps PSG.
(1) Realistic: Milan Skrinar

The Slovakian has struggled under Conte simply because he isnt really able to fit in a Back 3 but has been a brilliant asset for inter before the arrival of the current Manager. He can play on both sides of the defense as well as great in the air.
(2) Nikola Milenkovic

Thriving in Fiorentina the young centre-back nicknamed by the media as the "new vidic" would be a perfect Left-Sided addition to the Current Tottenham Side with his brilliant aerial ability as well as his pace and awareness. Similar option to Skrinar.e
