Made new signings such as Dani Alves, returning Pique from Manchester United (And turning him into a Central Defender) and promoting Sergio Busquets from his Barcelona B team
Nothing special about this signings, they just the core of Barcelona's long term success Won La Liga in 08/09 despite losing his first La Liga game in charge, the most important win was beating Madrid 6 - 2, a game that is credited to have the best bit of game management ever
Let's not forget he also won the UCL in Rome totally pissing on Prime Manchester United
