Two of the greatest — Gary and Paul Gait — celebrating a big @CuseMLAX win. This morning I texted @garygait to ask about the 103 patch and he said they wore it in memory of the Pan Am Flight 103 tragedy. I hit search...and saw it was on this day 32 yrs ago. I sat there...stunned.

. @garygait — “we had 35 Syracuse students on the flight. Our team also went to Lockerbie and gave out the first remembrance scholarships to a couple Lockerbie students. We also started lacrosse in Lockerbie through equipment donations and the first lax clinic in the area.”

I often search the GOATS of lacrosse to gather inspiration — reliving history. Today was another one of those moments in life where you remember the game is bigger than each of us. Thank you @garygait for the memories. You and Paul are living legends to me.
