A friend mentioned a lot of POC furs tend to like rumps. I also noticed this in southern furs.
I wonder if part of the reason might be because black/southern places tend to be food deserts, so most of the kind, warm people you develop your tastes off of tend to be lil' chonky.

Of course, there's never going to be one wide-ranging answer for kinks/interests, but it's a neat theory! People tend to ask me why I like rumps being ace, and I don't know! I think I just spent a lot of time around 'Healthy' people so I associate some pudge with comfort.
I mean, if you're at that age, and a lot of the people around you are at least a little fat, then suddenly all the little 'Fat Comedy Scenes' make a weird connection in your head.

Additionaly I've also noticed a lot of my friends from like, California, the better parts of New York, and metropolitan/afluent areas where there's greater food choices and ability to buy those foods TEND to skew towards skinnier character designs/crushes.

Though, mind you I'm not arguing if one bodyshape is better than another, and this will not fit for all parties.
I just think it's interesting thinking about kink from a perspective of geological and financial geography effects! Southern/poor regions tend to have fatter folks.

Also as a last addition, this whole thread made me think about just how STRANGE it was to meet an adult as a kid who was under 190lbs while living in the ghettos of Florida. It happened of course, but it was rare. Just a neat exploration of my own tastes I'm wonder if folks vibe.
