While we wait to find out the details of #lockdownontario let me say the following about where to find help this time around:
1) There has been a lot of (deservedly) bad press for CRA about CERB repayment, but if you don't qualify for EI, if your employer won't use CEWS to put you on paid leave, if you are self-employed, there are three emergency benefits:
a) 2 weeks for sickness/self-isolation (CESB)
b) up to 26 weeks *per family* for caregiving (CECB)
c) up to 26 weeks for loss of paid work (CRB)

You can 'stack' these. Some minimal withholding at source for taxes is happening this time so you still have to plan ahead! But FAQs are MUCH better. See: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/benefits/covid19-emergency-benefits.html
2) If you have been working, even 120 hours since you went back, and paying EI premiums, you may qualify for EI. The rules for the program have been simplified. See: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/benefits/ei.html
3) If you are an employer, you might qualify for CEWS to be able to put your employees on paid leave. You DO NOT NEED TO LAY PEOPLE OFF. Please consider the costs (time, training, +) of finding new workers as good as the ones you have. More info here: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/subsidy/emergency-wage-subsidy.html
4) If the help you need is more than $$, if you need food, access to shelter, someone who will listen, 2-1-1 is a really important service to find services in your community. See: https://211ontario.ca/211-topics/browse-all-topics/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI4aGUhtrf7QIVQuHICh2GnwKvEAAYASAAEgLoW_D_BwE
5) If you can help others right now, please consider donating to your local food bank or shelter.
