We talk about 1% better but it actually has a name

It is called The Aggregation of Marginal Gains

James Brailsford made it famous when he believed his British cycling team could achieve Gold in the Olympics by improving everything by 1%
So what did he do?

He broke down every aspect of riding a bike. From the basics to a more holistic approach they looked at everything.

Even how they washed theirs hands!

He believed that if they improved their hand washing they'd be ill less often
These tiny improvement led to the British cycling team winning 8 gold medals in both the 2008 and 2012!

We can take this same approach when it comes to our FI journey.

Make small improvements daily and you will achieve your goals!
