Been thinking about the Mando finale and just how there are different sects of Mandalorians and that they aren’t this monoculture many have thought they’d be.

Each have a code with exceptions that are contrary to other beliefs.
Din was raised an extremist who’s views may have kept him alive longer but have sheltered any kind of meaningful relationship. His solitude is what drove him and defines his arc.
Bo-Katan comes from a higher class and lives by a similar but not as stringent code as Din, and bound more by honor. She relies on others like her but is driven by vengeance more than duty.
Boba Fett is almost an amalgam of both, a third path. Like his father he’s just trying to make his way in the universe the only way he knows how. He has a sense of duty and honor but it’s a little more wavering.
So what exactly is a “True Mandalorian?” They all are in their own way. They’ve all had their beliefs shook and how they handle it is reveals who they really are.

This is why this show rules so hard.
