2. Govt hides behind institutions or people they feel the majority deem trustworthy to effect decisions they’re scared to own outright
3. Too many leaders are scared to reveal how lonely and daunting leadership can be. 2/3
4. Authenticity, transparency & honesty engender trust. Trust unlocks goodwill. Goodwill creates the space to make difficult decisions, based on the best advice. (Now forget my waffle & go and read the great thread from Tom, & the @instituteforgov report by Cath, Tom & Alex) 3/3
