Does exercise help with PMS?

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is the name given to physical and emotional symptoms that increase in severity during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and usually improve within a few days after the onset of your period.
Most women (90%) experience some PMS symptoms – of which there are over 150!!!👇🏼
Many non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatment methods are used to alleviate PMS, but is there a role for exercise?👇🏼
