I treat the babby associates exactly how I was treated: with guidance, understanding, and explanation re: key issues but also rando things that are relevant that they may not be aware of.

It’s a different question if there are reoccurring problems on the same issue, but I feel like most of the time, people just want to do a good jerb. So help them do that.
Personally, I think that younger partners / senior associates are the best to work with as a babby associate bc they remember what it was like and will take the time to explain their edits and give you pointers about other/older partners and their quirks
and younger partners / senior associates tend to ask for your opinion bc they actually want to hear it. and also, they don't yell.
