I dnt knw abt other states bt odiyas go for picnic(Banabhoji) at various picnic spots of odisha during New Year. I live at such a place which has various waterfalls, pre historic-caves, dams which r ideal picnic spots n every year I hear mishaps happening at these places.1/n

Ppl r so crazy fr selfie dt they wil tread on d slippery slopes of waterfalls, even smtyms with a small child. Their wives would b busy laughing at their husband's adventures which I find utterly stupid.
I realy dnt understand why men hav to bathe at these waterfalls . 2/n

I mean nobody wants to see half naked men at these places n its dangerous too. I once bitterly scolded a couple who were taking their toddler on slippery steps of waterfall. as new year is approaching, drowning due to slipping hav started at these waterfalls.3/n

Please b careful while enjoying new yr celebrations. life is precious n ur one moment of selfie adventure might turn disaster n reason of gloom fr ur family.
