Number one: Who's the better offensive player?

James Harden is one of the greatest, if not the greatest offensive players of all time, and he is definitely better than Iverson. He is a better shooter and is better at getting to the line. Iverson has better ball handling skills.
Number two: Who is better defensively?

Allen has a slightly better DRTG than James, which, for his height, is impressive. The deal breaker, though, is AI's three steals championships to Harden's none.
Number three: Who is better statistically?

Giving AI's stats without his minutes is something I consider a crime. That's why in my stats comparison I gave their stats per 36. James Harden is better in Allen Iverson in every metric except in steals.
Number four: Who is a better playoff performer?

Statistically, James Harden. And although he carries the reputation as a choker, he still performs better than Iverson. In fact, Harden has beaten much better teams in the playoffs than the best team Iverson ever beaten 1/2
(Bucks 2001) by SRS. So much for a "choker." 2/2
Number five: "bUt wHAt abOuT 2001?"

The teams he beat before the WCF were mediocre at best. If not for terrible refereeing, they would've lost to the Bucks.

"buT gAmE oNe" AI wasn't the only person that showed up, it wasn't like he was carrying struggling teammates. 1/2
Aaron McKie, Dikembe Mutombo, Raja Bell, and Eric Snow either had a better than or the same +/- as AI. This isn't taking away from AI's 35 gamescore performance, but if I'm merely just giving you a different perspective of that game. 2/2
Conclusion:

James Harden is better statistically (per 36), more skilled offensively, and has more and better playoff success than Allen Iverson. He is, undoubtedly, better and higher all time than Allen Iverson.
