the way i see it is... the chiefs either will put the pedal to the metal in the postseason and look unstoppable or they’ll jack around and get upset. we have recent history showing us that things will be fine but the alternative is also possible. it is what it is

i’m gonna roll with the team that has the best player in football, a legendary head coach and plenty of talent all throughout.

if you’ve watched this team over the past several weeks and still think it’s unbeatable then i don’t know what to tell you. sure, there’s the “second gear” or whatever and that’s all fine and dandy... but the process is just as — if not more important than — the result rn

and with that said, this same chiefs team has earned the benefit of the doubt. it’s undoubtedly the best in the league and that second gear is legitimate. the panic meter shouldn’t be going off. never too high, never too low. everyone have a great sunday night!!
