Strange enough, there are some ties between Dominion, Smartmatic, and Sequioa, which Dominion "categorically denies".

The buyout transaction was completed under "highly unusual circumstances" which ended up having Smartmatic sell Sequioa rather than face a full investigation by the Treasury Department's Committee on Foreign Investments in the US ("CFIUS").

Forget that the CEO of Sequioa had admitted in a public hearing that up to 15 Smartmatic workers had been flown up from Venezuela to "help" with the vote.

Always going above and beyond to be "helpful".

Are all of these companies one and the same? And is the reasoning behind divesting portions of the company and offshoring deliberately done in order to hide their true ownership?
