Still seeing so many “progressives” whose number ONE issue is #MedicareForAll endlessly dismissing an action to attain it because they hate the messenger & deify the rep, is an absolute hypocritical insult to people who desperately need it. It’s the antithesis of progressivism.

Making a mockery out of people truly fighting for their lives. People who got some incentive to fight now more than ever because of the circumstances & push, is a lot of things, but it is not progressive nor is it worthy of any merit. It’s no surprise to some of us but still sad.

If my mother didn’t have insurance her cancer remission medication would be $1800. Some of you are being absolutely unempathetic & are entirely wrong. There’s no disagreement in strategy here, there’s simply the truth & what is just versus lies & rationalizations.

That’s why you see the anger & unless you understand what that means you can ignore it freely & mock the messenger. But that anger is frustration at the inaction of politicians who serve the system, & should not be placed above the issue.

If this is or was ever your number one issue, you’re sure doing a hell of a job showing it.

What a disappointment that ego and contempt have gotten the best of some who can afford to ignore the needs of the people.
