This is a big issue on Twitter as well!

DO NOT tag flashing imagery as 'Epilepsy Warning' cuz all that will happen is that epileptics can't even use their own tag because it's full of flashy videos

I as well, encourage you to share this ESPECIALLY if you don't have epilepsy

In my opinion, good alternatives are:

"CW: Flashing lights"
"CW: Strobe effect"
"Seizure Warning"

Also people w/ epilepsy not being aible to use their tag is one thing. But them getting seizures because someone who tried to prevent that very thing from happening and accidentally exposed them to it that way, is a whole new level of irony.
