They are forced to admit that they are only guidelines:
"It is part of the two main international >>guidelines<<: the WPATH’s Standards of Care as well as the Endocrine Society’s Clinical Practice Guidelines"
(Note: WPATH demotes their own standards to mere guidelines).

This is because even though WPATH weaseled their way into the @TheEndoSociety , someone at the Endocrine Society (perhaps some attorneys?) recognized that they needed a disclaimer in the Endocrine Society Guidelines.

Furthermore, we know that even in the @TheEndoSociety guidelines, there is grading of evidence. All of the evidence for adolescent are low, very low quality, or absent evidence.

What are puberty blockers other than wish fulfillment by adults looking back and saying "if only my body stayed like it was at age 11, I would have passed better"?
