[first attempt at tweeting something that matters to me]

I think there are a lot of reasons hospitality professionals feel like we’ve been left out in the cold.

Now i am writing this from a Front of house (FOH) restaurant perspective.
1.Our government has offered next to no relief for our industry, and what they have done is woefully too little too late. But who cares cause were “small”
2.While restaurants are 4% of the GDP, we also employ 11 million people nationwide. Which is like 4% of the total population
http://3.Now  thats a small percentage so who cares right? Well 90% of restaurants have a payroll with less then 50 people.
