So I did some research myself & come to find out the CDC did patent the #Covid_19 virus but, in 05' CDC spokesman Llelwyn Grant told the AP that "The whole purpose of the patent is to prevent "Folks" from controlling the technology."

If the CDC patented the #Covid_19 virus so others couldn't control the "Technology" it is considered a biological weapon & could be used as such.
& Since the CDC holds the patent for not only the virus but any research relating to it, they are the ones that are responsible for it
