Honestly incredibly annoying to me that people can't see that. Plant meat is a product of the same ag inputs, with a vastly shorter production process (less energy inputs)

If you're already eating corn, wheat & soy as the bulk of your diet, why on earth would you grow it>process it>reduce it to simple aminos & sugars>feed it to engineered cells in hydrocarbon intensive production>process it again when you could just chop it into patties to eat?

Oh one more thing! Land use arguments are stupid! We're cultivating millions of acres of former grazed prairie to produce ethanol for MORE FAKE ENVIRONMENTALISM!

Converting it back to grazing land would be a net positive on the carbon front and the habitat front!
