Below are 11 names & designations, of the various people, ranging from policemen to administrators to doctors to vigilantes who are implicated in the terrible turn of events that led to the distress suffered by Pinky/Muskan, her husband Rashid & brother-in-law, Salim.

1.Rajesh Kumar, Bajrang Dal, Moradabad, and other members of the Moradabad unit of the Bajrang Dal who apprehended Pinky/Muskan Jahan and Rashid Ali on the 5th of December, 2020 and handed them over to the police.

9.Dr. Deepak Verma, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Moradabad.

10. Dr. Vishesh Gupta, Chairperson of the UP State Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Dr. Vishesh Gupta is the man who made statements to the press denying that Pinky/Muskan Jahan had suffered a miscarrisge

11. Ajay Singh Bisht, aka ‘Yogi’ Adityanath, Chief Minister and Home Minister of UP.
