Obviously loads of content here but a few things
* May not leave place where you are living except for reasonable excuse.
* Exercise: outdoors w/ household/bubble, or alone, or w one person from 1 other household in a public outdoor place (e.g. park not private garden).

* There is an exemption for one student household move before 8 Feb (envisaged as travelling for the winter vacation) and one return move (to uni). So students may leave Tier 4 if studying there + return to Tier 4 for study.
* No indoor or outdoor gatherings incl. gardens

And one for the pedantic lawyers....we really could get a slightly better grip on commas and clauses here, couldn't we? See e.g.14(2)(vii)
