Martial law and re-running the election: The Posse Comitatus Act, passed in 1878, prevented federal troops from supervising Confederate state elections during Reconstruction. Though initially it only applied to the Army, it has been amended to include all under the DOD.
If Trump were to declare martial law, there would be no rerunning the election. That’s not how this works. And if Trump simply refuses to leave? He will be removed. The courts will not and congress will not allow the republic to cease for an out of control coward!
So here you go @realDonaldTrump
