I doubt such a pivotal moment in Josuke’s character would be given to the pre-main villain fight. Aka discovering his hidden ability. He also killed Rai AND his parents. It being the longest jojo arc doesn’t confirm it to me but just adds to the facts
It’s highly unlikely there’s gonna be another level to the rokakaka trade and that’s what we’ve been following pretty much the entire time. I do think we’re gonna get another fight after this but it isn’t such a new idea for there to be things after the “main villain fight”
Depending on how the story goes I can see Jobin also filling the role but I can’t see anyone else filling it and I also doubt araki would introduce another new character to fill it this late in the story.
I see the dynamic as tooru as funny and jobin as Diego. Kind of an opposite/rival to the main character but not really the “main villain.” Imo I think jobin is alive and after Josuke gets his spin power up and they defeat him they’ll fight jobin over the fruit
And the story will wrap up. And tbh depending on interpretation you could say either one is the “main villain” but really the story doesn’t need to have any very very specific antagonist to defeat like some other parts do.
