1. Was proud to vote for a proper conservative government last December. Proud to see us leave the EU in January. Since then I’ve been so disappointed with the actions of the government. 2. That I’ve gone from campaigning for Boris Johnson and the Conservative Party last December to a position where I’d struggle to vote for them this December speaks volumes about just how poor the response has been this year. I genuinely believe that 2020 will cause long lasting
3. damage to this country, damage which covid itself is not the main cause. This great world-beating country that I love is becoming more deeply divided and sad with each day that passes, it really is a dismaying sight.
4. I’m sure that when the next election comes I will vote Conservative. I hope this is out of genuine hope and expectation (as it was in 2019) and not just because it is the only way to avoid a Labour government (which in all likelihood I will disagree with)
