How Arsenal football club can be redeemed: A thread

Arteta:
Arteta isnt a bad manager but isnt the manager arsenal need in their current situation. Arsenal assigned mikel arteta on the 22nd of Decmeber 2019. When mikel was assigned Arsenal he adapted the 4231 formation and arsenal were getting a xG of 27.37 for the 19/20 season

Arteta (continued):
From arteta's arrival the most xG by a player was Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with 7.68 comparing to this seaosn with a xG if only 2.64. So clearly their top striker isnt getting the support he needs.

Arteta's man manegment is spoken about alot. First of all he dropped Arsenal most creative player Mesut Ozil and also William salibia - both are very close to leaving the club. Thats not where his bad mangement stops becuase he tried to force Matteo guendouzi out of the club.

He also seems to have favourites, he plays willian over pepe on a weekly baises, until of late. And plays Bellerin over AMN consistently. Even through these are just wee things he does wrong, his apporoach to games isnt the best its way to slow and defensive.

He's too micro managment, and when the fans have came back his players can hear him alot less so they arent sure what to do, He also doesnt play to the strengths of his key players.

What do Arsenal need then:
Arsenal need a experinced manger that has dealt with struggling clubs, Top candidets are pochettino and Brendon Rodgers.

The players:
Tier list: Good= fine for now but will need to go, promising= not seen enough

Luiz is meant to be in the good catorgery

Clearly theres alot of deadwood at the club so some work has to be done.

Thats brings me onto the higherachy;

Edu needs to go he cant bring in the correct players

Stan Kronke needs to go asap he doesnt help the club but is a millionare

I'm not too knowlegeable on that topic

Solution:
Arsenal need to bring in a new CAM- someone like Aouar or buendia

More experinced coach and new tech and owner

Make use of the talents they have- Ozil needs to be re-introduced to compete with the future CAM, salbia needs game time and players need chances
