IMO the main reason for the failed COVID response in Sweden and elsewhere has been an obsessive focus on individual risk and the inability to perceive the pandemic at the system level. Agnes Wold is a perfect example of this. She consistently fails to acknowledge societal risk, instead focussing narrowly on what she perceives to be individual risk.
