If you're not communicating something clearly to someone, it's not their fault if they push back. It's your fault for not communicating clearly. You want someone to work with you or see things your way, it's your responsibility to make it happen. 2/
It amazes me that people were shocked to see so much pushback for "Defund the police". Why?

So a company markets a product with the slogan "Eat Shit Because It Takes Like Shit" and it's the consumer's fault for reading it literally and not buying it? 3/
And then can you imagine the company doubling down and calling its customers idiots for not understanding the nuances and contexts that they had in their minds?

Brilliant. That'll get a company a buy rating from Wall Street. Probably send the stock soaring too. /END
