While the Federal Gov does not mandate the Covid vaccine, employers can, as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has given employers around the country the green light to require vaccination for workers and effectively making this mandatory vac. by the backdoor.⬇️
According to the EEOC, companies now have the legal right to mandate that employees get a Covid vaccine.

Ironically, it’s the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission ensuring that there are equal employment opportunities - only for those vaccinated!
The bedrock of medical ethics is the principle of informed & voluntary consent with regard to medical treatments.

The World Medical Association (WMA) International Code of Medical Ethics states: A physician shall respect a competent patient’s right to accept or refuse treatment
If vaccination is a condition of employment, just how voluntary is it?

Being forced to choose between your job and your health is not voluntary consent. No one should ever be put in such a situation. This is blackmail, pure, and simple.
Vaccination carries risks. There is the risk of injury leading to disability, inability to work, loss of livelihood, loss of quality of life, and even death, for which no one can be held legally liable.

Such a decision must always be voluntary and without threat of sanctions.
Considering the Covid is a new vaccine technology that has only been tested for a few months and with unknown long-term effects, it is highly unethical to mandate this.
Furthermore, at present there is still no evidence the vaccines prevent transmission, so using the justification for vaccination that you are putting the lives of customers/colleagues at risk by not being vaccinated is not valid.
Invasion of privacy:

Your employer has no right to know about your private medical records, just like they have no right to know if you are HIV positive.
Threatening employees with loss of employment for not vaccinating is highly discriminatory and the equivalent of discriminating against HIV sufferers and accusing them of them being a risk to others.
The administration of any drug, for which death of serious injury is listed as possible side-effects, must always be voluntary and NEVER mandated or coerced.
