People need to think a little more; why did AOC do the Intercept interview? Why is Ilhan Omar calling for a general strike?

You need three branches, a political party branch, a mass protest movement and someone to fight the white lash that comes with any progress.
They're signaling openly that they're prepared to fight for a program inside the system - but they can't lead that protest movement; it's not effective, they will be isolated in govt and eliminated one by one.

They're telling you to start preparing barricades lads.
If they call a floor vote on M4All and predictably, the corporate puppets all say no - and that's the end of it? We've gained absolutely nothing.

They're trying to communicate with you the necessity of having that protest movement, or constellations of movements to back the play
If you're not ready to slam pavement and lay seige to power in response to that failed vote, that declaration of war - it's political suicide and whatever gains you made in government will be lost in a flash.
It is not normal for elected reps to say "our goal is to topple leadership" and call for general strikes on twitter.

They're trying to speak to you.
