(thread) When I publish a book, I think of its yearly cohort as a kind of literary litter of pups—& there are SO many exciting books coming out alongside my own GIRLHOOD in 2021; it is a very, very big and beautiful litter. Here are some highlights (plz add to my list!):
Also publishing on March 30 are Libertie by @surlybassey & A Little Devil in America by @NifMuhammad — two of my most anticipated releases, by two of my favorite writers and humans. I'm honored that my book shares a birthday with theirs. Preorder them both and thank me later!

2021 is so rich with brilliant memoirs that I can't even keep up with them all. A few that I have been lucky enough to read in advance and adored are: @suleikajaouad's Between Two Kingdoms, @randajarrar's Love is an Ex-Country, & @lillydancyger's Negative Space — preorder them!
