I said something about your entire Stock portfolio being red on a green which meant you could be doing something wrong . A thread to discover what you might be doing wrong :👇👇👇👇
.1. you are always buying at the top of a stock rally. This means you that you see a stock
Moving with high momentum and then you by at the very top and sadly when you do the momentum dies down and the stock drops and you start wondering what you did wrong
2. You are always buying on the news , most times buying a stock after big news has come out about it is a
Risky strategy and others might use you to take profit and you become a bagholder. There is a theory that says " buy the rumor ' sell the news" . Forget about many delusions that people tell you that a stock runs up only on news.
3. You are always diversifying without a
Strategy. E.g you have 500$ to purchase stocks, instead of doing due diligence and picking one to four stocks you spread the money across different stocks just because you want to own many stocks that's a recipe for disas
4. You don't know when to cut your losses there are stocks that when they call they hardly rise again so instead of selling them at a less loss you hold and hope they rise in the end they fall more. . on that note if you are holding a stock and it's down 20 Percent in
a week you should sell unless you are planning to hold for a long time .

More details later
5 . FOMO. fear of missing out. One day I write a thread about this
