Prosecutors say the suspects beat and stabbed Andrade until he was unconscious, then drove him up highway 39, stomped his head when he started moving in the truck, then threw him off a cliff, then stomped on his head more to finish him when they heard him still alive. @FOXLA
With the dismissal of special circumstances of deadly weapon, robbery, lying in wait, and kidnapping, life without parole will be off the table and prosecutors say the suspects could be paroled after 20-30 years. Andrade’s mom is FURIOUS. Story w/ her at 10pm on @FOXLA
