I watched the Bee Gees doc last week and figured I would share a Barry Gibb story, when the Hollies got inducted into Rock Hall, I was standing with Graham Nash & Alan Clarke in the hallway as we waited for them to be called to stage (back when the ceremony was at the Waldorf)

Barry Gibb walks up to them and says ‘Gentlemen, I just have to tell you, I think ‘Bus Stop’ is the perfect pop recording.’ It was such a classy and generous thing to say and it exuded a kindness and love of music that I saw again in that doc. ‘How deep is your love?’ Very deep.
