I've battled anxiety most of my life and always viewed it as a bad thing. Something that was wrong with me.

But I've also learned that people in leadership with anxiety take careful consideration of the possibility of multiple outcomes. (1/3)
(2/3) For instance, many coaches/leaders with anxiety are highly aware of what can potentially go wrong, making them more cautious thinkers, careful decision-makers, and great problem-solvers.
(3/3) I also know that people who have dealt with anxiety may be more empathetic and understanding to the issues that others face.

Anxiety is something I continue to battle but it does appear that some degree of anxiety may have "silver linings." And that brings me some peace.
