If Seungho wasn’t Nakyum’s “safe place”, he wouldn’t have called out his name when he was in danger. NK feels secure when he is with SH. But why? Why, when he only hurts him? Because, yes, there are feelings involved. Wouldn’t you forgive someone you have feelings for?

If Seungho wasn’t Nakyum’s “home”, he wouldn’t have called “home” his house nor returned to his place that time he tried to run away for the last time. Yes, he has no other place to go, but doesn’t that support the fact that he considers Seungho his only home?
It’s true that Nakyum has no other option but to accept everything he’s asked to, he’s not in a position to even complain so he’s not to blame, but also he’s empathetic, kind, loving and his heart is pure, so it’s natural for him to empathize with SH and accept him as he is
Knowing & understanding that doesn’t mean “excusing”, “defending”, “supporting” anyone’s actions but accepting the way this story’s being developed by the author. After all this is a dark plot, & being positive about it doesn’t automatically make you encourage the topics treated
I know it’s hard to believe, hard to accept, it hurts to see them in pain, but their characters are written that way. They’re the main couple of the story, what else can we do but to accept that their relationship, even if twisted or not completely healthy, is meant to be?
We’re paying for this service, we all cope with it the way it’s best for our mental health. Nobody’s wrong. Each person thinks differently, so as long as we do it with respect, it shouldn’t have to be bad to express our feelings. No one should be invalidated, we’re worth the same
