ARIZONA: The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors will not comply with the subpoenas to turn over Dominion machines for a forensic audit. Instead they are filing a complaint in Superior Court.

"I'm very disappointed of the subpoenas that were sent...it really shows that they have gone to new lengths...so far out of bounds!"
ARIZONA: Maricopa County Board of Supervisors member: "I'm not interested in this political theater...I'm not interested in trying to satisfy a small, small group of loud participants..."
ARIZONA: Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman:

"These subpoenas are unrealistic in their timeframes...There are real Constitutional issues with these subpoenas. I look forward to when we can get some clarification from the court..."
