Patriots OLB Chase Winovich has been on the field for 161 snaps against the run this season.

Lots of factors in play here, but opposing teams are averaging 3.9 yards per carry with Winovich on the field and 4.34 yards per carry with Winovich off the field.
Conversely, Patriots rookie LB Anfernee Jennings has been on the field for 109 run defense snaps in 10 games.

Lots of factors here too but opposing teams are averaging 4.8 yards per carry with Jennings on the field and 4.3 yards per carry with him off the field in those games.
This isn't necessarily a negative take on Jennings. He's a rookie. He'll improve. It's just that Winovich and Jennings don't share the field a ton, and I wouldn't say Jennings has been noticeably better in run D than Winovich, who has one of the highest upsides among NE defenders
One more (lot of factors, small sample, stat manipulation, blah, blah blah):

Run defense with Terez Hall on the field: 3.61 yards per carry

Run defense with Ja'Whaun Bentley on the field: 4.46 yards per carry
